Polda Metro Jaya mengumumkan penangkapan enam tersangka yang diduga menghasut pelajar dan anak-anak untuk melakukan kerusuhan dalam unjuk rasa di sejumlah wilayah DKI Jakarta, Selasa (2/9/2025). ANTARA/Mario Sofia Nasution/am.

Polda Metro Jaya menangkap enam tersangka penghasut yang diduga memicu anarki dan kerusuhan semasa aksi unjuk rasa di wilayah DKI Jakarta pada 25 dan 28 Agustus 2025.

Menurut Kepala Bidang Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary di Jakarta, Selasa, tersangka berinisial DMR, MS, SH, KA, RAP, dan FL menyebarkan hasutan melalui platform media sosial untuk mendorong pelajar dan anak-anak melakukan kerusuhan di lokasi unjuk rasa.

"Keenam pelaku ini ditangkap setelah Satgas Gakkum Anti Anarkis melakukan penyelidikan sejak Senin (25/8) dan menemukan sejumlah bukti serta keterangan yang membuat kami melakukan penetapan tersangka," katanya.

Ia mengatakan bahwa DMR ditangkap di Jakarta Timur pada Senin (1/9) malam dan MS ditangkap di Polda Metro Jaya pada Selasa (2/9) saat mendampingi DMR.

Sementara itu, SH ditangkap di Bali, RAP ditangkap di Palmerah (Jakarta Barat, dan KA ditangkap oleh aparat Direktorat Reserse Siber Polda Metro Jaya.

Ade mengatakan bahwa mereka ditangkap pada Senin (1/9).

Polisi menjerat para tersangka menggunakan pasal 160 dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana tentang penghasutan untuk berbuat pidana serta pasal 45A ayat 3 jo pasal 28 ayat 3 dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.

Para tersangka juga dijerat menggunakan pasal 76 H jo pasal 15 jo pasal 87 Undang Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak karena diduga memperalat anak serta membiarkan anak tanpa perlindungan.
