Jakarta (ANTARA) – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) memanggil Kepala Biro Hukum Kementerian Kehutanan Supardi (S) sebagai saksi kasus dugaan suap terkait kerja sama pengelolaan kawasan hutan di lingkungan PT Eksploitasi dan Industri Hutan (Inhutani) V.

“Pemeriksaan bertempat di Gedung Merah Putih KPK atas nama S, Kabiro Hukum Kemenhut,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo saat dikonfirmasi ANTARA dari Jakarta, Senin.

Budi mengatakan KPK juga memanggil dua saksi lainnya, yakni Kepala Divisi Operasional Inhutani V berinisial AML, dan Pelaksana Tugas Direktur Utama Perusahaan Umum Perhutani berinisial NAH.

Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, kedua saksi lainnya adalah Ali Lukmanul Hakim (AML) dan Natalas Anis Harjanto (NAH).

Sebelumnya, pada 14 Agustus 2025, KPK menetapkan tiga tersangka kasus dugaan suap pengelolaan kawasan hutan tersebut. Penetapan dilakukan setelah adanya operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) pada 13 Agustus 2025.

Tiga tersangka itu adalah Direktur PT PML Djunaidi (DJN), Staf Perizinan SBG Aditya (ADT), dan Direktur Utama Inhutani V Dicky Yuana Rady (DIC).

Djuanidi dan Aditya merupakan tersangka pemberi suap, sedangkan Dicky Yuana Rady adalah tersangka penerima suap.

Pada tanggal penetapan tersangka, KPK juga mengumumkan menyita uang tunai senilai 189.000 dolar Singapura, Rp8,5 juta, dan dua unit kendaraan roda empat.
